How can we help?

Getting started with Auxtion

Auxtion is a marketplace where people buy and sell almost any legal physical item — through an auction or at a fixed Buy It Now price.

Creating and verifying your account

Register with your email address and a password, then confirm the verification code sent to your inbox.

Keeping your account secure

Use a unique password and never share it. Auxtion staff will never ask for your password, card numbers or one-time codes.

Buying on Auxtion

Search or browse by category, then filter by listing type, condition, price range, location and delivery options.

How auctions work

Every auction has a starting bid, a minimum bid increment and an end time. All times are governed by the server, not your device clock.

Reserve prices

A reserve is the minimum price the seller will accept. It must be at least the starting bid.
