Payment and transaction policy

How payment between buyers and sellers works on Auxtion.

Direct arrangements only

Payments are agreed and made directly between the buyer and the seller. Auxtion does not process, hold, transfer, escrow or guarantee any payment.

Sellers state the arrangements they accept, such as bank transfer, PayPal, cash on collection or another permitted arrangement.

Auxtion never asks for card numbers, banking passwords or one-time security codes, and you should never share them with another member.

Payment status in orders

A buyer can report that a payment has been sent. This records the buyer's claim only.

A seller confirms receipt after checking their own account. Only the seller's confirmation reflects that funds were received.

Orders progress through awaiting payment arrangement, payment reported, payment confirmed, awaiting dispatch, dispatched, delivered and completed.

No refunds by Auxtion

Because Auxtion does not handle payments, it cannot issue refunds or reverse a transfer.

If you paid by a method with buyer protection, contact that provider. Otherwise, a dispute recorded on the order documents what happened for both parties.

This policy describes how Auxtion actually operates. Auxtion connects buyers and sellers directly and does not process, hold, refund or guarantee payments.
