Prohibited items policy

What may not be listed on Auxtion.

Not permitted

Illegal goods, stolen property and items you do not have the legal right to sell.

Counterfeit, replica or unauthorised copies of branded goods, including fake designer items, forged documents and counterfeit currency or coins.

Weapons, firearm parts, ammunition, knives restricted by law, and explosives.

Drugs and controlled substances, drug paraphernalia, and prescription medicines.

Live animals, animal parts restricted by law, and wildlife products.

Human remains, organs, blood and other bodily materials.

Personal data, stolen accounts, hacking tools, malware and credentials.

Recalled or unsafe products, and items that cannot lawfully be sold to a consumer.

Adult content, and any material that sexualises minors.

Tickets or vouchers that the seller is not entitled to transfer.

Restricted categories

Some items are legal but regulated — for example vehicles, machinery and certain electronics. Sellers must comply with the legal requirements that apply where the buyer is located.

Where an item requires a licence, certification or age verification, the seller must state this clearly in the listing.

Enforcement

Reported listings are reviewed by moderators. Prohibited listings are removed, and repeat breaches can lead to suspension of selling privileges or of the account.

Auxtion does not silently alter bids or auction outcomes when moderating a listing; affected auctions are suspended or removed and the decision is recorded.

This policy describes how Auxtion actually operates. Auxtion connects buyers and sellers directly and does not process, hold, refund or guarantee payments.
