What Auxtion does and does not do
- Auxtion operates the marketplace: listings, auctions, hire enquiries, orders, messaging and moderation.
- Auxtion is not a party to a sale or hire agreement between members and does not take title to any item.
- Auxtion does not process, hold, escrow or guarantee payments. Buyers pay sellers directly by the method agreed.
- Auxtion does not provide insurance, escrow or a formal alternative dispute resolution service.
These statements describe how the marketplace actually operates today. They should be reviewed by a qualified solicitor before launch and whenever the operating arrangements change.
