Selling policy

Describe the item, its condition, any faults and what is included. Use your own photographs of the actual item.

State the location at city or region level, the delivery and collection options, and the payment arrangements you accept.

Listing is free and no seller commission is charged by default. Any listing fee or seller commission is set by the marketplace administrator and shown before you publish.

Auxtion never collects buyer payments, so no commission is deducted from a transaction automatically.

Once an auction has received a bid, the starting price, reserve price, Buy It Now price, duration and bid increment cannot be changed.

A listing with no bids can be cancelled. Listings with bids can only be cancelled through moderation. Cancellations are recorded in the audit log.

Unsold items can be relisted with your approval from the seller dashboard.

Respond to buyer messages promptly and dispatch within the timeframe you agreed.

Confirm payment in your own account before dispatching. Mark orders as dispatched, delivered and complete as they progress.
