Returns and cancellation guidance

Either party can cancel an order before it is completed, and the reason is recorded on the order.

Cancelling an order does not move money. Any money already transferred must be returned by the person who received it, by agreement between the parties.

Auxtion does not operate a returns scheme. Any return is a matter of agreement between the buyer and the seller, guided by the seller's stated policies and the buyer's statutory rights.

Agree the return method, who pays return carriage and the condition the item must be in before sending it back.

Sellers can cancel a listing that has received no bids. Once bidding has started, cancellation is handled through moderation so that bidders are not disadvantaged.
